1986    Opening of first branches in Marmaris and Antalya for the provision of resort holiday services
1988    Participation of TUI AG Germany in the shareholding (50%)
1989    Opening of Kusadasi, Alanya, Kemer and Side branches
1993    Opening of Bodrum Branch

1995    Opening of Fethiye and İstanbul Fatih branches
2000    Full acquisition by TUI AG Germany (100%)
2002    Opening of Didim & Cesme branch. Merger of the Turkish subsidiary of French tour operator
